Andrea Luis Hernández was born in Tenerife, Canary islands, Spain in 1998. Since an early age Andrea showed up artistic skills. In 2016 She started her arts studies at Fernando Estevez arts institute in Santa Cruz de Tenerife (2014- 2016). With this tittle she starts a fine arts career at La Laguna University

Her work is the result of a research, of her-self, of a definitive style etc. This operation concerns her nowadays multidisciplinary facet, working with different formats and techniques such as photography, painting and sculpture. Although, her art career tents to be relocated onto the street and mural art with already successful mural interventions in Spain, Greece, Italy, El Salvador and México.

Instead of the different media, the main point in between consist in the depiction and translation of a social or politic message, as, in her words, “contemporary art can’t be understood without the existence of a concept behind the graphic support”. This fact has turn into a characteristic in her last works (2019-2022) specially since her arrival in Athens were she got interested on the socio-political situation of the country, specially being touched by the refugee migration crisis problematic.
Nowadays her main line of work gets involved under the project "Greece is" a series of drawings, murals, photography and installations related to the socio-political problematics carried out by Greece in the last 3 years.

- The cosmos project:
The Cosmos project was born as another tool of “existentialism research”. Nevertheless, this project resides on the development of a personal icon or symbology by traducing certain emotions and situations into accurate graphic depictions which must be originals in order to be related to the alias “cosmos” which represents the artist’s subversive states of mind.
The works under the “cosmos” alias find its expression mostly into illustration and street art (graffiti), conforming a secondary “character” into the artist for her to operate under the illegality in what it means a parallel art development.
